Chicken Soup Diet
The Chicken Soup Dieting is one of the simplest modes of dieting, as it works on a very simple mechanics of having a single breakfast a day followed by helpings of chicken soup throughout the day. When you follow this diet, you are strictly allowed only one breakfast a day. You can't have lunch or dinner; and you would have to make do with chicken soup the rest of the day. Above that you would also have to stick to a specific recipe for the chicken soup as well as on the choices of breakfast.

The recipe of the chicken soup for dieting is as simple as other ordinary chicken soup. You can use carrots, celery, broccoli etc, along with the various types of seasonings that are available. And you don't have to make the soup repeatedly through the day, as one standard soup generally makes about 26 servings.
Breakfast Menu
The chicken soup diet lasts about a week, and there are some five different types of breakfast. You need to have the specified breakfast for the first five days; however you can help yourself to any one of them for the remaining two days. Some of the common forms of breakfast are yoghurt with chopped fruit, or just breakfast and orange juice. |
